I would like to suggest the Department of Elementary Education to regularize the ISSE Teachers as per seniority of TET and NCTE norms.
Some new teachers who had qualified the TET in 2013 and 2014 will soon lose the validity of TET certificates. These qualified teachers need justice from concerned department.
The post created for erstwhile SSA teacher numbering at 400 is sufficient to regularize all the in-service TET Certificate holder.
Lastly, I would like request the concerned department to regularise the ISSE teachers on the basis of seniority in TET and as per NCTE norms.
