ITANAGAR, Apr 13: Governor BD Mishra has conveyed greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of Sangken festival, and expressed hope that the occasion would inspire all to follow the path shown by the Buddha.
“On this happy occasion, I join my Khampti and Singpho brethren in offering prayers to Lord Buddha and seeking his blessings for one and all,” the governor said in a message. (Raj Bhavan)
