The name “JIO” was synonymous with cheaper and faster data than its competitors when it was launched in the winter of 2016 when data was made accessible to all at a very aggressive price. Cut to the present and Jio is struggling to provide 2G speed in most of the localities in Naharlagun and Itanagar let alone 4G.
Most of the customers of Jio trusted the company and subscribed to its data plans with the belief that the company will provide services it had promised. But the sad reality is that Jio’s service is getting worse day by day. It has been a week or so that opening a single and simple web page have become a luxury for those using Jio’s network. Even BSNL provides better internet speed in remote places like Anini and Anjaw when compared to Jio in the capital city. The team at Reliance jio should try to solve this problem as soon as possible.
