The wait continues

Dear Editor,
The APSSCCE notification was made in May 2017, but till date the process is yet to be completed. It has been three years since the notification but there is no progress at all. We all are losing our time and energy because of numerous litigations.
Poor and senior aspirants are at the receiving end in this legal tussle.
It is observed that some aspirants have ill intention to drag the commission to court on the pretext of out of syllabus questions. If it was out of syllabus, how come many aspirants cleared the prelims exam?
It is necessary to mention two important ruling of Supreme Court: On 14 June, 2019, the SC refused to entertain a plea which sought for quashing of NEET UG Exam-2019. The bench said “we see, an expert body has applied its mind and revised answer key was issued, in some cases, the answers were corrected. There does not seem to a case of mal fide intent.”
2. On 18 June 2018, the Supreme Court dismissed the petition seeking for stay of UP Public Service Commission mains exam. The apex court set aside the Allahabad Court order for a reevaluation of answer sheet and questions of preliminary test.
It is pertinent to ask the commission what step has been taken against persons who created ruckus and law and order problem in the APPSSCCE main exam on 10 November, 2018.
Everyone is equal before the law. If the commission is silent in this regard, it is necessary to file a writ petition against those persons who took away our fundamental right of having decent environment to write exams.
Sincerely,
Frustrated aspirant
