I would like to ask the APPSC secretary what the difference is between provisional and original certificate.
Your good office advertised PGT and TGT posts last year, wherein you clearly mentioned that those who have qualified the written exam must bring all testimonials in original form during viva voce.
My utter surprise is that those who do not have original certificates passed the viva voce and got selected as PGTs in various subjects.
Therefore, I request the APPSC to follow the instructions given in the advertisement during viva voce and not to put the students in dilemma and confusion in the days to come.
For one simple advertisement regarding PGTs and TGTs, you have published 3-4 addendums on your website, which were not necessary at all. It creates more confusion among us.
