Dear Editor,
My letter titled ‘Being humble doesn’t cost anything’, which was published in The Arunachal Times on 21 August, mentioned the APCS cadre. It has been felt that the term ‘APCS cadre’ in the writing has drawn attention and bad repute to the other hardworking officers of the APCS cadre, and hence I am extremely sorry for that.
The intent of my writing was not to tarnish anyone’s or the organisation’s image but to understand the grievances of the public whom we serve.
