I would like to offer a few suggestions to the Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB).
1. After every exam, kindly publish the answer keys before the declaration of results.
2. Let there be a provision for claims and objections to the official answer key prior to declaration of results.
3. The APSSB may also consider releasing the cut-off marks along with the results.
4. Like the SSC’s earlier practice of releasing marks scored by all the candidates, be they selected or not, the APSSB may also consider adopting it, so that the recruitment process becomes more transparent.
