Through your esteemed daily, I would like to address union MoS Kiren Rijiju:
So much of protest against refugees and the CAB have been going on for a year. You, as the then MoS for Home, never even bothered to talk to your own people in the state. Now suddenly you talk of refugees.
Now I’m regretting why I voted for you. And for your information, the Northeast is burning because of the CAA. Your Arunachal is suffering the most due to unavailability of fuel and vegetables. People are standing in queues for petrol and diesel for 4-5 hours. Medical stores are facing problems. University students are protesting on the streets, and for the first time, slogans of ‘Azaadi’ are emanating from a peace-loving state.
We request you to please visit us once and talk to the general public.
