Dear Editor,
I would like to draw the kind attention of the state government about the immediate need to release relief package for auto, tempo, and trekker drivers/owners.
We have been put in a very difficult situation by our state government’s decision not to allow these vehicles on the roads. Our livelihoods totally depend on it.
We shall accept state government’s various directions to curb the spread of coronavirus but government must give us an alternative to earn a livelihood if they do not allow these vehicles on the road.
Our state government must immediately release relief package.
If concrete steps are not initiated by the state government, it should not stop the poor and needy people from earning a livelihood.
