Heads up, legs up, hiding from the warden.
Eight little children walking in the garden;
Heads up, legs up, feeling no burden.
Six little children singing in the garden;
Heads up, legs up, attracting the brethren.
Four little children dancing in the garden;
Heads up, legs up, jumping in the pattern.
Two little children crying in the garden.
Heads up, legs down, thinking for the squadron.
