Anini (Dibang Valley) EAC Toni Mitkong along with the JE of the electrical department on Monday handed over 500 LED bulbs to Anini bazaar secretary Ganga Milli, in the presence of the ZPM of Dibang Valley, in the EAC’s office chamber.
