ITANAGAR, 5 Feb: A firing simulator for the NCC cadets has been installed at Rajiv Gandhi Government Polytechnic (RGGP) here to help the cadets improve their firing skills and techniques.
This is a first-of-its-kind initiative of the NCC’s 1 Arunachal Pradesh battalion. “The .22 firing simulator will facilitate the cadets during adverse and inclement weather conditions and
provide them with better opportunities to hone their skills,” said a release from RGGP.
RGGP Principal Taba Tath, who inaugurated the simulator on Saturday, hailed the initiative of the NER NCC directorate, and advised the cadets to “derive maximum benefit from the facility.”
