ITANAGAR, 9 Apr: The All Arunachal Contractor’s Welfare Association on Friday submitted a two-point memorandum to the deputy chief minister, seeking early fulfillment of its demands.
Its demands include reintroduction of mobilisation advance and cost escalation clause in tender documents, and compulsory issuing of contractors’ payments through the public financial management system.
