KHONSA, 13 Feb: A training programme for the beneficiaries of the Aatmanirbhar Bagwani Yojana (ANBY) and the Atal Pension Yojana (APY) was conducted in phases in Deomali and here in Tirap district on 11 and 13 February, respectively, by the horticulture department.
“During the programmes, officials of the department gave a detailed presentation on ANBY and APY,” District Horticulture Officer P Dev said in a release.
Informing about the components of the schemes, Dev informed that “there is 45 percent government subsidy, 45 percent bank loan, and only 10 percent will have to be borne by the beneficiary.”
The training programme in Deomali was chaired by Deomali ZPM Wangphoon Lowang, while in Khonsa, it was chaired by Khela ZPM Tumwang Lowang. (DIPRO)
