ITANAGAR, 7 Dec: Around 150 rural artisans, weavers, SHGs’ members, and other entrepreneurs are scheduled to participate in an ‘All India Handicraft Fair’, to be organised by the NABARD at the Jawahar Kala Kendra (JKK) in Rajasthan’s Jaipur from 21 to 26 December.
“Visitors will get a glimpse of the cultures of many states and will be able to purchase exclusive products of textiles, handicrafts, food products, lifestyle products, etc,” said NABARD Chief General Manager Dr Rajiv Siwach.
Cultural programmes will be organised every day during the fair, and the fair’s special attraction will be the exhibition and sale of GI certified products from many states, the NABARD informed in a release.
“A ‘padharo mhare shilpgram’ exhibition will also be organised from 11 am to 9 pm at Shilpgram, JKK, from 21 to 26 December,” it said.
