This is regarding the recurring nuisance caused by the automatic track played near the Secretariat gate. This disturbing noise pollution has once again resumed, causing significant inconvenience to the nearby library and coaching centers, as well as the surrounding community. It is disheartening to see this issue persist despite previous attempts to address it. The authorities or whoever is responsible for having started to play it again have proved themselves to be utterly miserable prisoners of their own twisted delusion, thus having no sense at all. I urge the authorities and the Deputy Commissioner of the Capital to take immediate action to cease the automatic track played near the Secretariat gate. It is imperative that measures are implemented to mitigate such disturbances and ensure a peaceful environment for study and work.
