LONGDING, 28 Sep: Free medical check-ups under the ‘Safai mitra suraksha shivir’ was conducted for the ‘safai mitras’ and their family members under the Longding division of the urban development & housing and the PHE departments by the health department at the district hospital here on Saturday.
Apart from enrollment of safai mitras in different social assistance schemes, PPE kits were also distributed to them by the health department.
DUDA Member Secretary Kak Nabam appealed to the people to act responsibly and help the safai mitras in keeping the town clean. (DIPRO)
