Conduct APPSCCE smoothly for once

In our state, unfortunately or fortunately, none of the APPSCCE conducted in the last decade was ever conducted smoothly. Be it the APPSCCE 2014 (paper leakage), 2017, or 2020. It’s even joked among the legal community that whenever the APPSC releases it’s advertisement for the APPSCCE, they know that aspirants would be coming knocking at their doors in due time for one or the other legitimate reason.

All these may be a lighthearted joke for the legal fraternity, but it has grim consequences for the aspirants who face irreparable damages and lose the most from such discrepancies, mismanagement and legal battles for justice.

Therefore, I humbly request the APPSC to complete the reformation processes properly before going head-on with the examination. For instance, a sound SOP and mandatory PRC, as was promised/assured by even Chief Minister Pema Khandu. In my opinion, there’s high likelihood of another controversy cropping up.

If the UPSC can conduct it’s CSE so efficiently and smoothly for the whole country of 1.4 billion people, why can’t we conduct a controversy-free, free and fair exam for once in our little, peaceful state. That’s all a regular aspirant wishes for.
