LUAKSIM, 4 Mar: The Longding KVK organised an animal health camp here in Longding district on Tuesday under the Tribal Sub-Plan.
KVK animal science expert Dr Tilling Tayo dispensed medicines after conducting physical examination of animals brought by farmers.
Twenty-four cattle, 21 goats, 75 pigs, 217 poultry, 12 dogs and two buffalo were treated during the camp.
Forty-three farmers attended the programme, and a total of 351 animals, including livestock and poultry, were dewormed and treated based on signs and symptoms of diseases.
