MUMBAI, 28 Mar: NHPC, a Navratna PSU, has been honoured with CII HR Excellence Award for 2024-25, recognising it’s strong commitment to HR excellence.
NHPC Director (Personnel) Uttam Lal received the award during the 15th CII National HR Excellence Award Confluence 2024-25 held at Mumbai on 27 March.
Lal also attended the confluence as a panellist in the panel discussion on the topic, ‘Blending learning with technology for a booster dose in developing talent’, wherein he shared his perspectives and experience in a an interactive session.
Additionally, NHPC DGM (HR) Atul Bhargava was felicitated by the CII for his association with the CII in the capacity of an assessor for the HR Excellence Award.
