Editor,

I would like to praise and strongly support the demand of the All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union and the All Nyishi Students’ Union for the cancellation of unnecessary appointment of teachers as CRCCs, BRCCs, and BEOs in the Directorate of School Education (DSE), in the DDSE offices, and the blocks.

This kind of unnecessary attachment of teachers in the DSE, DDSE office and blocks is the main reason behind teachers’ shortage in the schools of our state. I have seen that in the directorate, there are many teachers attached in the office as coordinators and in-charges. There are numerous teachers attached as coordinators in the DDSE office of each and every district. There are as uncountable number of CRCCs, BRCCs, BEOs and BRPs in each and every block of different districts of our state.

Only one BEO and one computer operator news coordinator can do the work of one block. In this high-tech world, data are sent online. Reverting back to the original post will surely help in overcoming the problem of teachers’ shortage in our state.

Moreover, without following the RRs many young teachers are appointed as coordinators who should teach at this energetic age. This seriously affects the morale of the old and experienced teachers who should be given preference in this kind of appointment. This should be implemented strongly to solve the problem of teachers’ shortage in our state.

Therefore, Education Minister PD Sona and Education Commissioner Amjad Tak are requested to solve the teachers’ shortage problem by calling back all the teachers who are attached in the directorate, DDSE offices and in the blocks of every districts of our state.

TT Tesha,
