I would like to draw the attention of the authorities concerned to the difficulties faced by many aspiring candidates regarding the recent recruitment process for the post of assistant professor.
A significant number of eligible candidates were unable to complete and submit their application forms within the stipulated deadline due to various technological issues. Problems such as server malfunction, website crashes, poor internet connectivity in remote areas, and payment gateway failures caused considerable inconvenience. Additionally, some candidates encountered difficulties in uploading documents and completing the online registration process.
It is worth mentioning that Arunachal Pradesh has many rural and interior regions where stable internet access remains a challenge. These technical and logistical obstacles prevented several deserving and qualified candidates from applying on time.
Therefore, I humbly request the recruitment authority to kindly consider extending the application deadline by a reasonable period. This would ensure equal opportunity and fairness for all eligible applicants and uphold the principles of transparency and inclusivity in the recruitment process.
I sincerely hope that the authorities will take this matter into consideration and provide relief to the affected candidates.
