ITANAGAR, Jan 8: The state unit of the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) on Monday carried out a blood donors’ registration programme at the Himalayan University and the government higher secondary school here to ensure that patients’ receive blood during times of emergency.
The NSUI team, led by state unit President Teli Mello Camdir and National Secretary in-charge for Arunachal Pradesh, Pinky Baishya, collected the names of registered donors, and their addresses and phone numbers, so that they may be contacted whenever blood is required.
