CHANGLANG, 13 May: The Changlang district administration has allowed shops to reopen in Changlang headquarters, but with certain conditions as a preventive measure to contain the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.
According to an order issued by the district administration on Thursday, all the shops and market establishments here are allowed to reopen, provided the shopkeepers, along with their staffs, have tested negative for Covid-19 at least three days prior to reopening of their shops.
“The shopkeepers who fail to produce negative test reports will not be allowed to reopen their shops/market until a valid negative rest report is produced,” the order said.
The Changlang Bazaar Committee has been directed to ensure strict adherence to the administrative order.
The ADCs of Miao, Bordumsa and Jairampur have also been directed to ensure proper implementation of the Covid-related administrative order while reopening the shops and markets in their jurisdictions. (DIPRO)
