SARTI, Jan 27: A team from Rajiv Gandhi University’s zoology department, headed by Assistant Professor Dr Hiren Gogoi explained about insects and the importance of biodiversity to the students of the government residential school here in Anjaw district during a programme held at the school on Thursday.
The team was on a tour of Walong to document insect bio-resources in the region, under the university’s Centre with Potential for Excellence in Biodiversity.
