NAHARLAGUN, 29 Oct: The one-stop centre (OSC) here on Friday organized an awareness programme for anganwadi workers, ASHAs, supervisors and gram panchavat members to impart legal knowledge to them and make them aware of the workings of the OSC.
Student interns from the social work department of Rajiv Gandhi University, the Amity University and Don Bosco College, Jullang, who are conducting field work at the OSC, made presentations on domestic violence, crimes against women and good touch and bad touch.
OSC case worker, advocate Pejum Sora highlighted the functioning and activities of the centre and how it can help survivor(s).
Doimukh CDPO Tana Chammaro also attended the programme.
