SHIMLA (Himachal Pradesh), Feb 1: After a goalless draw with host Himachal Pradesh in their final match in the group stage, the U-19 football team of Arunachal Pradesh qualified for the semifinal round of the ongoing Junior National Football Championship for BC Roy Trophy being played here.
Undefeated in their three group stage matches with two wins and a draw, the team emerged as the group champion.
The team will face Jharkhand in the first semifinal, to be played on 4 February, informed Kipa Bharat, head coach of the team.
