YUPIA, 13 May: All heads of departments and administrative officers of Papum Pare district on Friday bid farewell to outgoing deputy commissioner Minga Sherpa, who has been transferred to the union territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
The outgoing DC thanked all the HoDs and administrative officers for their support in successful execution of developmental and other welfare schemes in the district, and advised them to utilise their experiences in innovative ways and implement ideas that are beneficial to the people.
