KANUBARI, 24 May: Fifty-seven farmers are participating in a vocational training programme on mushroom cultivation under the STRY, being conducted here by the Longding Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK).
During the inaugural session on 23 May, while A Kirankumar Singh of the KVK advised the farmers to “work hand in hand in order to help them as and when required and show the results when the time comes to fulfil the modalities of the KVK activities,” Kanubari EAC Tojum Ete advised the farmers to “sell their produce to the government officials in Kanubari,” adding that he would buy their produce in order to encourage them.
