ITANAGAR, 9 Feb: Deputy Director (Engineering) N Ramanjanappa recently joined the All India Radio (AIR) Itanagar and took charge as the cluster head of all the AIR stations in Arunachal Pradesh.
After taking charge, Ramanjanappa said that “AIR Itanagar has been broadcasting several programmes which have been benefitting the larger section of the society.”
He said that “radio has a greater role in Arunachal as it has the potential to reach the remotest corners of the mountainous state,” and informed that there are five AIR stations in the state and all the stations are also accessible online through the NewsonAIR app.
“AIR Itanagar programme is available on DTH platform,” he added.
