ITANAGAR, 19 Aug: The Indian Medical Association – Arunachal Pradesh (IMA-AP) has deeply mourned the passing away of deputy director of health services (DDHS) Dr Oken Yomcha, who breathed her last on 19 August.
In a condolence message, the IMA-AP expressed “deep anguish and pain” and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
