ROING, 1 Sep: A ‘reading campaign’, themed ‘Joy of reading is our birthright’, was organised at the government residential school (GRS) in Jumupani and the GRS in New Elope in Hunli subdivision in Lower Dibang Valley district by the Dibang Youth Library and the AIMSU on 31 August.
The programme was aimed at improving the reading skills of rural tribal students.
