ITANAGAR, 24 Nov: Governor KT Parnaik has conveyed greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of Chalo Loku festival of the Nocte community, and expressed hope that the agricultural festival would send a message of peace and brotherhood among the citizens of the state.
“On this auspicious occasion, I join my Nocte brethren in offering prayer to almighty Rang for socio-cultural and socioeconomic wellbeing of all,” the governor said. (Raj Bhavan)
