Appeal to expedite court case delaying APSSB UDC result

Editor,

Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I wish to make a heartfelt appeal on behalf of hundreds of aspirants affected by the ongoing delay in the declaration of the APSSB UDC result due to a pending court case.

I am the son of a farmer. When I saw the official advertisement for the APSSB CGL 2025 exam, which clearly mentioned district-wise domicile reservation for DC office posts, I felt hopeful for the first time. Seeing the vacancy in my own district’s DC office, I believed this was a rare and fair opportunity for local youths like me to serve and grow.

With that hope, I took a loan from a local self-help group (SHG) to cover the cost of coaching, study materials, and PG rent, convinced that my sincere effort would lead to success and help me repay the debt. I believed this exam would be my turning point – my chance to lift my family out of hardship.

Instead, this prolonged delay in result declaration has left me sleepless, anxious, and burdened with growing financial stress. With each day of delay, my mental and emotional health continues to suffer. I am not alone – many aspirants across Arunachal Pradesh are facing similar pain in silence.

I respectfully appeal for an early resolution of the court case for timely declaration of the result, so that the efforts of deserving candidates do not go in vain. We are not seeking special treatment – only timely justice for those who have prepared honestly and with hope.

An aspirant of APSSB CGL-2025
