Itanagar-based Himalayan University Vice-Chancellor Prof Prakash Divakaran was felicitated during an international conference hosted by the University of Colombo (UoC) in Sri Lanka on Thursday. He was felicitated in recognition of his outstanding academic leadership and contributions to higher education and research. The honour was conferred by UoC VC Prof Indika Karunathilake.
