AALO, May 22: West Siang Deputy Commissioner Swetika Sachan has stressed on effective implementation of the Intensified Diarrhoea Control Fortnight (IDCF) programme in the district.
Addressing a meeting of the district task force on IDCF here on Tuesday, the DC emphasized the need to teach hand-washing techniques to students in schools.
DMO Dr Nyage Geyi sought cooperation and logistic support from all departments and PRIs in launching the programme successfully in the district.
DFWO Dr Tomar Kamki gave details on implementing the programme in the district.
DPM Yomto Lollen presented a brief on data-wise performance in the circles, and stressed on improving the performances in a few circles.
Officers of various line departments also took part in the deliberation and offered suggestions. (DIPRO)
