Govt of Arunachal Pradesh, Directorate of Higher & Technical Education, Itanagar has already released the online registration provision for State Stipend Scheme, under National Scholarship Portal but the site is slower than a disabled snail. Beside, queries sent to (stipendarp@gmail.com) are never responded.
Also, it’s been about 1 & half month that i uploaded the affidavit regarding change in birth date for correction, but still there is no message and notification from IMC.
We rely on online work for our conveniences, but such irresponsive delays bring desperate queries.
