CHANGLANG, Nov 8: Changlang Deputy Commissioner RK Sharma called for ensuring the success of the ‘Arunachal Rising’ campaign by conducting a comprehensive publicity campaign in the district.
During a meeting here, the DC recently said the public should be made aware of the benefits of the major flagship programmes of the central and the state governments.
