DAPORIJO, Dec 2: An eye screening camp organized at Nacho under Upper Subansiri district concluded on Sunday. The camp which started on November 28 last benefited more than 600 patients. It was organized by RK Mission Hospital in collaboration with My vision My mission.
People from various places like Limeking Taksing and Siyum availed the benefit. 200 patients were provided with spectacle and 36 patients underwent surgical operation.
The patients who underwent surgical operation were brought to district hospital Daporijo from Nacho for which the expenses for transport were borne by the organizing committee. Altogether 8 medical staffs attended the camp.
