ITANAGAR, Sep 28: The Pakke-Kessang district unit of the All Arunachal Contractor’s Welfare Association in a representation to the RWD secretary on Friday requested him to ensure that the department adheres to the Arunachal Pradesh District Based Entrepreneur and Professional (Incentive, Development and Promotional) Rules, 2015, during tender process, in order to promote young entrepreneurs of the district.
It also requested the secretary to direct the authorities concerned not to accept tender from any contractor who does not adhere to the tender rules.
The association also demanded conducting a “pre-bid conference” and strict adherence to the two/three bid system to ensure free and fair tender process.
