KHARSANG, Oct 15: The Women Fellowship members of Eastern Believers Church Diocese of Changlang celebrated Global Hand Washing Day at Government Primary School here in Changlang district on 15 October.
Global Hand Washing Day is an international campaign to motivate and mobilize people around the world to improve their hand-washing habits.
The students were taught the methods of washing hands properly with shop and clean water.
Diocesan secretary Fr RK Deuri and women leader Sister Ablin Kandulna also participated in the event, besides parents, students, school and diocese staffers, including Sisters of Compassion.
