RUKSIN, Oct 30: East Siang Additional District Magistrate Kabit Apang has issued an executive order imposing complete ban on dumping of garbage on the side of the National Highway-52 in between RCC Bridge-1 and Poba Reserve Forest, near here.
Legal action would be taken against the violators, the order said. It also directed the circle officers concerned and police to keep strict vigil to prevent throwing or dumping of garbage on the roadside.
