YINGKIONG, Sep 14: Upper Siang Deputy Commissioner Duly Kamduk on Wednesday enquired on the implementation status of the Prime Minister and Chief Minister’s flagship programmes.
He urged all implementing agencies to conduct mass awareness campaigns among the people so that they could reap the benefits of the progammes.
The DC also called on the implementing agencies of Aadhar-oriented schemes, especially of old-aged pensioners and students, to ensure Aadhar card seeding with bank accounts for Direct Benefit Transfer.
He further exhorted for digital transactions to move towards digital payment mode. (DIPRO)
