YINGKIONG, Sep 16: Upper Siang District Information and Public Relations Officer (DIPRO) Eleng Nokar died of suspected cardiac arrest at Yingkiong on Friday.
RD and Panchayati Raj Minister Alo Libang expressed deep shock over the untimely passing away of Nokar.
“He was a sincere officer and his death has caused an irreparable loss to the district and IPR Department in particular,” Libang said.
Conveying deep sense of condolence to the bereaved family, the Tuting-Yingkiong MLA prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
