KIMIN, Sep 30: In a bid to strengthen the educational scenario, villagers of the Boda village under Kimin Circle of Papum Pare district repaired the school building of Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya (VKV) on Saturday.
The repairing was done under the Vivek Kiran Project assistance.
The project also supplied the school with library books, blackboards, shelves and other teaching-learning materials.
The project is an educational initiative of VKV Arunachal Pradesh Trust and Tata Trusts Mumbai.
Boda village has about 37 houses and the government middle school is the only institution in the locality for the children.
