ITANAGAR, Oct 15: The two days ‘Green and Clean’ campaign under Mission Antyodaya conducted by State Institute of Rural Development Arunachal Pradesh (SIRDA) concluded at its premises here on Sunday.
The campaign was organized under Mission Antyodaya – Gram Samriddhi Evam Swachhta Pakhwada celebrated across the country from October 1 to 15.
The State Government is participating in the 15 days Gram Samridhhi Evam Swachhta Pakhwada in all the Gram Panchayats in the State. The main objective of the campaign organised by SIRDA was to keep the premises clean and garbage free.
The campaign culminated with tree plantation by Minister of RD, PR and Cooperation Alo Libang, Parliamentary Secretary RD, PR and IPR Mama Natung, Special Secretary (RD & PR) cum Director SIRDA Nyali Ete and by faculties and staff of the institute.
