TAWANG, Oct 26: Chief Minister Pema Khandu inaugurated the computer courses to be taught at the Thubten Shedrubling Foundation in Tawang.
The courses will be taught free of cost to the students and will commence from November 1.
Besides the computer courses, the institute is mainly focused on teaching courses on Buddhism, Bhoti and English languages.
The Chief Minister in his visit also interacted with the newly joined faculty members who will be teaching computer courses.
The Chief Minister also inspected the academic building of the institute, which is undergoing construction.
President of the Foundation, Tulku Tenzin Gyurmey Rinpoche, RWD Parliamentary Secretary Jambey Tashi and Tawang MLA Tsering were also present on the occasion.
