ROING, Nov 6: To monitor and assess the activities under Sankalp se Siddhi, Advisor to HCM Tai Tagak and Special secretary (Education)-cum- Secretary in-charge of Sankalp Se Siddhi for Lower Dibang Valley district, Mitali Namchoom convened a coordination meeting with all HoDs on Monday.
Addressing officials, Tagak emphasized on mass people’s participation in various programmes and policies of the government and called for practical approach and proper monitoring of all development activities undertaken in the district. He also urged for updating information and disseminating information to the public about various schemes and flagship programmes of both the state and central governments.
Namchoom briefed that the purpose of the Sankalp Se Siddhi programme is to propagate and monitor various central and state schemes and flagships programme. She stressed on information reaching to the actual beneficiaries. She also enquired on Aadhar enrolment in the district and urged to ensure that the actual enumerate population is enrolled in the process.
During the three days visit to the district, the team also visited schools, hospital, anganwadi centres, FPS and carried out inspection of major state and central sponsored projects within Roing area.
The meeting was attended by Lower Dibang Valley, in-charge Deputy Commissioner, Chestha Yadav, administrative officers and all heads of departments. (DIPRO)
