ITANAGAR,Nov 9: A Police personnel was crushed to death at Hollongi road on Thursday when the two wheeler he was on was hit by a truck.
Police said that the two wheeler was crushed by the truck and the personnel died on the spot.
The personnel has been identified as Tali Brah, a Head constable in APPBN at Chimpu.
A police team led by Surendra Singh, SI reached the spot but could not nab the truck driver, who reportedly ran away from the scene.
All check gates of Assam-Arunachal boundary have been alerted to nab the driver who disappeared from the crime scene, the police said.
A Case has been registered at police station Itanagar against the unidentified driver and investigation has been launched.
