ITANAGAR, Nov 17: The All Itanagar Youth Welfare Association alleged that guidelines in the ongoing four lane highway from Itanagar to Banderdewa has been violated. It claimed that as per government of India notification, it should be 30 meters in wide, whereas the most of lane in ongoing project is only 12 meters wide. The association further appealed to Chief Secretary for proper utilization of the central fund and ensure execution of works as per the government of India guidelines.
